Sanofi announced that Gaurav Bahadur has resigned from the role of Senior Director – Human Resources, India & South Asia, with effect from August 1, 2023.
According to the company’s exchange filing, “Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’), we wish to inform you that Mr. Gaurav Bahadur, India People Director, resigned from the Company with effect from the close of business hours on 1st August, 2023, to pursue other opportunities outside Sanofi. As a result, he shall also cease to be a Senior Management Personnel of the Company.”
Gaurav Bahadur joined Sanofi as Senior Director – Human Resources, India & South Asia in April 2013.
Gaurav has a rich experience of nearly 20 years in Human Resources, a significant part of which he spent in the services industry of telecommunications. Over the years, he has held increasingly responsible positions in many international companies in India, in particular Vodafone Essar Limited, Hutchison Global Services, Yahoo! India and Philips. Prior to joining Sanofi, Gaurav was working at First source Solutions Limited as Executive Vice President – Human Resources, responsible for global HR.
Gaurav holds a Master’s Degree in Personnel Management from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management. Pune, India.
