According to the company’s exchange filing, “please note that reappointment of Mr. Vivek Asrani (DIN: 00114447) as an Independent Director of the Company for a term of upto 5 (five) consecutive years with effect from 22 nd August, 2022 to 21 st August, 2027 has been approved by the shareholders by way of special resolution passed on 19th October, 2022 through Postal Ballot process held by e-voting.”
Vivek Asrani is Managing Director of Kaymo Fastener Company, engaged in the business of industrial stapling, nailing and fastening systems, and Kaymo Industries, manufacturing staple pins. He has over 37 years experience in the field.
Vivek Asrani, aged 54 years is a Science Graduate from St. Xavier’s College and has also done LLB.
