Healthium Medtech promotes Ajay Gupta as Chairman, names Namrata Kaul as Independent Board Member

Healthium Medtech has announced the promotion of Ajay Gupta as the Chairman of the Board. The company also announced the appointment of Namrata Kaul as an Independent Board member.
