Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) announced it has appointed Rajneesh Narang as Chief Financial Officer, effective from July 01, 2021.
“In compliance with Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, we write to inform that at the Board Meeting held on June 30, 2021 , Shri Rajneesh Narang, ED-Corporate Finance of the Company was appointed as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with effect from July 01, 2021,” the company said in its exchange filing.
Rajneesh Narang is a Chartered Accountant and has held Senior Positions in the Company and handled various areas of Finance covering Corporate Finance, Treasury, Risk Management, Margin Management, Marketing Finance, SBU Commercial, Refinery Project etc. and has over three decades of experience.
