Infiiloom, a leading manufacturer of socks in India, has appointed Umesh Jadhav as its Chief Human Resources Officer, according to ETHRWorld report.
“I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Chief Human Resources Officer at Infiiloom,” Jadhav shared in a LinkedIn post.
Jadhav comes with 17 years of experience in different facets of HR such as HR business partnering, end to end HR operations, employee relations, compensation & benefits, HR policies and systems, merger and acquisitions, corporate HR, performance & talent management, learning & development, statutory compliance and employee engagement.
Prior to joining Infiiloom, Jadhav was associated with Calderys as Group Talent & Development Director. Previously, he worked at Imerys, Roche, LORD India, Sanofi Pasteur and HSBC Bank.
Jadhav holds an LLB from University of Mumbai, and a Master’s in HR Management / Industrial Relations / Labour Studies from LNML MILS.
