Kapture CRM appoints Pavit Ponnanna as Head of CX (Customer Experience)

Kapture CRM, a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software firm, announced that Pavit Ponnanna will be stepping into the position of Head of CX (Customer Experience). 

With cross-functional experience of 21+ years in customer services, operations management, Pavit’s strength is customer experience and brings a deep understanding of the CX landscape, the statement said.

Pavit will play an instrumental role in accelerating CX for Kapture, a statement said.

Commenting on his appointment, Vikas Garg: CTO & Co-founder, Kapture, said,” We are delighted to have Pavit Ponnanna join us as our Head of Customer Experience.
