Kirloskar Brothers Limited (KBL), a pump manufacturing company involved in engineering and manufacture of systems for fluid management, announced the appointment of Devang Trivedi as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the company, effective March 18, 2022.
According to the company’s exchange filing, “we wish to inform you that pursuant to the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 18, 2022, has inter alia appointed Mr. Devang Trivedi as Company Secretary, Compliance Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company with immediate effect.”
Devang Trivedi is an Associate Member [Membership No. 13339] of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and LLB from Gujarat University.
Trivedi brings with him over 21 years of proven success in the field of Secretarial, Legal affairs and Compliance and has managed various company law assignments as required under the Companies Act and SEBI Regulations, a statement said.
He possesses hands-on experience in overall company secretarial functions involving mergers & amalgamations, joint ventures · through his past assignments with companies like Finolex Industries Limited, Elecon Engineering Co. Limited, Thermax Limited and Torrent Cables Limited. Before joining KBL, he was associated with Adani Enterprises Limited, Ahmedabad.
