RepIndia, a marketing & advertising company, has announced the appointment of Maitri Kaushik as Group Head – HR.
In this new role, Kaushik will be responsible for the HR team leadership, and developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Most recently, Kaushik was associated with Adglobal360 as Senior Manager – HR and comes with 10 years of experience working across advertising agencies including Dentsu, according to a statement.
Kaushik started her journey with Dentsu as a junior employee by handling the Gurgaon branch with the primary focus being on bringing in new employees for the company.
At Adglobal360, Kaushik handled the HR business partnering role and was tasked with implementing various HR strategies and policies to transform culture. She was additionally tasked with streamlining processes.
