Rajesh Gupta, Director of Human Resources, Michelin Tyres, has quit from the role, according to ETAuto report.
With over 30 years of experience in procurement, materials management, systems implementation, and vendor management, Gupta has exposure in formulating and implementing annual corporate strategy by developing a mid-term strategy for purchase and establishing methods to achieve profit targets and material planning.
Prior to this role, Gupta was responsible for managing the commercial administration (supply chain) for the country as country manager – commercial administration (supply chain), from August 2010 to December 2013.
Gupta holds a BE in Mechanical Engineering from MS Ramaiah Institute of Technology, Bengaluru.
Prior to Michelin, he has worked with JCB, Moser Baer, and HCL Infosystems in the procurement domain.
