Lakshmi Vilas Bank, a personal banking service provider, has announced the resignation of its Chief Financial Officer (CFO) S Sundar.
Earlier in August 2019, their Chief Executive Officer Parthasarathi Mukherjee had resigned from the position citing personal reasons.
In a BSE filing, the company said, “In terms of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“SEBI Regulations”), it is informed that Shri S Sundar, Chief Financial Officer has resigned from the services of the Bank on 31 st December 2019. The Resignation letter was placed before the Board Meeting held today and the Board has accepted the same.”
In the past few months, the bank has witnessed top management exits and the rejection of a merger.
