Edelweiss Financial Services announced the appointment of Sarju Simari as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the company, effective from 01 November 2020. Sarju Simaria replaces S Ranganathan as the new CFO.
Prior to this role, Sarju was the Deputy Chief Financial Officer. Prior to that, Sarju has been a part of the group for more than a decade and has been the CFO of the Life insurance business.
S Ranganathan will now take on a new role within the group, the company said in its exchange filing. S Ranganathan has been the CFO of the Company for close to a decade.
