MobiKwik has appointed Siddharth Dhamija as CEO of Zaakpay, a payment gateway by MobiKwik which enables simple, fast, efficient collection and processing of payments. Siddharth has about 23 years of experience with five years in payments.
Prior to this role, Siddharth led the enterprise business at PayPal India and was part of the founding team that launched PayPal’s domestic payments business. Prior to PayPal, Siddharth was a part of the founding team at Razorpay as its Chief Growth Officer. Prior to that, Siddharth led leadership roles in Panamax, Subex Ltd., Xius and Shyam Telecom.
Commenting on the development, Bipin Preet Singh, co-Founder and CEO, MobiKwik, said in a release, “Digital Payments in India is exploding and we intend to capitalize on the opportunity to serve the payment needs of India’s online businesses. Siddharth’s appointment is a move towards strengthening our Payment Gateway (PG) business – Zaakpay.”

Siddharth Dhamija holds an MBA in Sales & Marketing from AIUMT and B.Com from Uttranchal University.
