Swaminathan Subramanian joins Fullerton India as Chief People Officer

Fullerton India Credit Company Limited (Fullerton India), a Non-Banking Financial Company with a pan-India presence, has announced the appointment of Swaminathan Subramanian as its Chief People Officer.

Swaminathan rejoins Fullerton India after a span of nearly four years. Before joining Fullerton India again, he was previously with Sterlite Power, heading the HR function as Group Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) for India and Brazil.

Swaminathan has over 23 years of global experience in various HR leadership positions working across countries such as Africa and Middle East markets, apart from India. He has worked with companies across the globe during his career, such as Reliance Capital, JP Morgan, Barclays, Standard Chartered Bank, and Accenture. Swami’s expertise lies in consulting, Mergers and Acquisitions, and HR governance.

Speaking on the appointment of Swaminathan Subramanian, Mr. Shantanu Mitra, CEO & MD of Fullerton India, said, “We would like to extend a warm welcome to Swami as he rejoins the Fullerton India family.
