Swatee has over two decades of rich experience encompassing teaching, research, training, consulting and leading people development practices. She has driven several strategic interventions for business advantage and has worked extensively in areas of learning, leadership, change and work practice innovations. She holds a Ph.D. in the area of Talent Management and Organizational Development.
