Tata Elxsi Limited announced the appointment of Cauveri Sriram as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective March 1, 2022.
According to the company’s exchange filing, “we wish to inform that Ms. Cauveri Sriram has assumed the office of Company Secretary and will be one of the Key Managerial Personnel of the Company with effect from March 01, 2022, in place of Mr. G. Vaidyanathan, who superannuated from the services of the Company on February 28, 2022.”
Sriram is a Cost & Management Accountant and Company Secretary with over 14+ years of experience in governance, secretarial and finance functions, according to the statement.
