According to the company’s exchange filing, “we wish to inform you that Mr. Chandrakant Jyoti (PAN: ACWPJ5783H) has tendered his resignation as the Chief Operating Officer (‘COO’) of Videocon Industries Limited (‘VIL’) in consideration of his personal priorities. Accordingly, with effect from the close of business hours on January 17, 2024, Mr. Chandrakant Jyoti will cease to be the COO of VIL.”
