Global HRTech startup Advantage Club has announced the company’s plan to hire 100 employees to ramp up its current employee strength of 70 to 170 by the end of the financial year 2021 to turbocharge its 20% month on month rate of growth, and expand its presence in international markets, especially SEA, MENA, and North America.
The recruitment will be made across key growth functions of technology, alliances, marketing, and growth, and will support the company’s plan to integrate and enhance its employee engagement platform with multiple products, such as rewards, recognition, perks, and early wage access.
