Bounteous, an insights-driven digital experience consultancy, has announced that it has acquired Lister Digital, a full-service digital transformation consultancy with offices in Chennai, India, and San Mateo, California.
According to a statement, the addition of Lister allows Bounteous to deliver on global demand for its co-innovation offering and execute strategic engagements across multiple continents. With the acquisition, Bounteous deepens its CRM capabilities and adds over 350 skilled experts to the team.
