Eventus Solutions Group has entered into an agreement to become a portfolio company of Tech Mahindra, a provider of digital transformation and consulting services and solutions. The company will report into Tech Mahindra’s Business Process Services (BPS) group to further strengthen Tech Mahindra’s leadership in the front office space.
