Hariraj Vijayakumar, Founder & CEO- NWORX, said “Professional development in enterprises is a major CEO focus for the next 5 years as digitization of business models and rapid adoption of hybrid work models have left no choice for the business leaders to but develop the employees for the roles they play. NWORX is well-positioned to serve the huge surge in the demand for employee development and excellence, thanks to its combination of domain expertise and software sophistication.“
As part of the expansion, NWORX announces engineering, technology services and sales teams as its key targets across most sectors. In addition, the company intends to secure 20% of its ARR from the US market in the first year of operations with a projection to secure 80% by 2024.
“Global enterprise markets have a burning demand for talent development. Even with the recession pressures that will shape these markets in the coming 18 months, the spending on employee development will be at an all-time high without the distraction of aggressive hiring operations. Our goal is to use the market conditions to demonstrate the value of a digital and disruptive approach to enhancing employee productivity without taking the time away from daily work. Now is the time to maximize organizational productivity.” he added.
To strengthen the operations in the new market, NWORX has set up an enterprise sales team with an initial presence in the US mid-west, East coast, and the Valley. It is also building a marketing engine that can drive adequate inbound traffic and generate qualified leads.
