The Reserve Bank of India(RBI), the Central Bank of the country, seems to have realized the relevance of relevant and well benchmarked HR process and policies. It has recently (on 19th July 2012) floated a requirement to empanel HR consultants for a range of services to support the bank “in framing, implementing and delivering integrated HR solutions in the areas of HR policies, processes and systems etc.”.
The RBI, proposes to empanel 4 – 6 consultants, with desired expertise, experience, and bandwidth to support these activities.

- Strategic HR Planning & Advisory Services (Retention & Succession planning, training, performance management, compensation etc.)
The RBI is spread across the country in 28 cities and employs a total of around 18,000 Officers and staff.
