ShopRunner, has appointed Scott Simmons as its chief operating and financial officer (COO/CFO). With over a decade’s experience in the eCommerce industry, Scott joins ShopRunner after most recently serving as president of NexTag Inc., a leading global eCommerce services company.

Working with NexTag for over a decade, Simmons served in a variety of roles beginning with vice president of finance and extending to vice president of business development; vice president and general manager, services shopping; SVP marketing and ultimately president of NexTag. Prior to his tenure at NexTag, Simmons held a variety of financial positions with Real Time Data, a wireless data application company and Prudential Investment Corporation, where he served as an investment analyst. Simmons received his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and his Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
