Introduction:
The function of logistics and supply chain management is to design and manage the processes, assets, and flows of material and information required to satisfy customer’s demands. A practicing supply chain manager must know the value of collaboration, information visibility and forecasting to design a well performing supply chain.
Objective:
This programme would assist participants
- To develop an understanding of key drivers of logistics and supply chain performance and their inter-relationships with strategy and other functions of the company such as marketing, manufacturing and accounting.

Participation Fees:
Rs. 36,000/- (Rupees Thirty Six Thousand only) per participant which includes professional fee and all charges for lodging and boarding and supply of course materials. GST as applicable will be charged extra in addition to the programme fee
