Pharmaceutical Company – Cadila Pharma has appointed Dr Sanjeev Dixit as the Global President – Human Capital Management to strengthen its Human Resources function.
With a diversified experience of strategic corporate HR & CHRO experience from varied industries and geographies, Dr Dixit is a global HR leader, culture coach, and a published author of ‘Plan C’, a culture transformation book.
He has worked with The Himalaya Drug Company and has also served as the Chief People Officer at Allied Blenders & Distilleries. In a career spanning 24 years, Dr. Dixit has also worked with companies such as Hindalco, Philips, PT Indorama – Jakarta, PepsiCo and Alstom.
Speaking on his new role, he said – “Cadila’s Care philosophy resonates with me completely. I look forward to working closely with the Cadila Business Leaders and introducing new ideas and global best practices. Prior to Dr Dixit, Mr. A. Thiru, joined Cadila Pharma as Global President, Human Resources, in September. With these additions, the company aims to strengthen its people processes and practices by keeping employees at the core of its decision-making.
