Aye Finance, a Gurugram-based finance company that provides business loans to small and micro enterprises across India, has appointed Gaurav Khurana as CTO, according to ETCIO report. Khurana will report directly to Sanjay Sharma, Managing Director of Aye Finance.
In this new role, Khurana will be responsible for designing & implementing a technology stack and driving the adoption of new-age technologies across the business spectrum.
“I am delighted to join Aye Finance which has transitioned from a startup to being the leader in microenterprise lending segment in a very short span. I look forward to working with the team to develop & implement the IT strategy for smooth operations across the technology spectrum,” Khurana said.
Prior to this role, Khurana was Head of IT at Hero Housing Finance. He has close to 19 years of professional experience and has also worked with companies like Religare Finvest Limited and Max Life Insurance in the past.
Khurana holds an MCA degree from Indira Gandhi National Open University and MBA in Finance from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning.
