IndusInd Bank Limited announced the appointment of Girish Koliyote as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective November 27, 2021.
According to the company’s exchange filing, “We have to inform that as a part of orderly succession to the position of the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, the Board of Directors of the Bank have, in the meeting held on November 26, 2021, approved the appointment of Mr. Girish Koliyote in the position of ‘Company Secretary and Compliance Officer’ (CS & CO), Key Managerial Personnel w. e. f. November 27, 2021.”
Girish Koliyote is B.Com, Company Secretary, Bachelor of General Law, and E.G.M.P (IIM, Lucknow) with 27 years of experience in secretarial. His last assignment was with a leading private sector Bank, prior to which he had worked with housing finance company and several other manufacturing companies, the statement said.
