Kapture CRM, a homegrown customer support automation platform, has appointed Ashish Mittal as VP – Customer Success. Ashish’s new role will entail assisting Kapture in developing a stronger relationship with their customers.
Ashish has 15 years of experience and has worked with companies in a variety of industries, including Sensio enterprises (a deep-tech startup), Freedom employability academy (FEA), VPM classes, Honeywell technology solutions, Broadcom corporation, and others. Ashish brings a diverse range of business experience to the Kapture CRM team, having previously worked with organisations such as Honeywell Technology Solutions and Sensio Technologies.
