Narayanaswamy Ravi Vishwanath steps down as TeamLease CFO, Ramani Dathi to take over

TeamLease announced that Narayanaswamy Ravi Vishwanath has resigned from the role of Chief Financial Officer, effective from March 31, 2021. He will be succeeded by Ramani Dathi, who has been promoted to Deputy Chief Financial Officer and will be heading the finance function of the company with effect from April 01, 2021.

Ravi Vishwanath has spent over a decade in TeamLease Services Pvt. Ltd. Prior to TeamLease, he had a stint with companies like Sun Microsystems India, Symphony Teleca, Majoris Systems, Arthur Andersen and Coopers and Lybrand India. 

Dathi joined the company in 2014 as a Finance Controller. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant with over 15 years of experience. She also holds a Bachelor degree in Commerce and a diploma in Information Systems Audit. Prior to joining TeamLease she has worked for Deloitte and PriceWaterhouseCoopers in audit and assurance services.

Dathi had led the entire back-end process of TeamLease’s IPO which was rated as one of the most successful IPOs of that time. Post-IPO, she has led various functions in corporate finance including mergers and acquisitions, governance and risk management, business partnering, finance planning & analysis, and Investor relations.
