In her new role, Elaine will now direct the people strategy at the most successful, fully remote, SaaS-based sales tax company in the world. Prior to this, she acted as a Human Capital strategic advisor for the portfolio companies at the leading global venture and private equity firm, Insight Partners, helping its eCommerce and SaaS companies harness talent and scale people operations.
In her 30-year career, Elaine Page has transformed billion-dollar companies in the tech and healthcare sectors. As VP, HR & Chief People Innovation Officer at Northwell Health, she led its cultural, leadership and people experiences, propelling the company to a spot on Fortune’s 2020 list of the 100 Best Places To Work For. Internationally respected, Elaine has spearheaded cultural transformations at powerhouse organizations such as The Dow Group, Dun & Bradstreet and Davita.
