Ugro Capital has officially named Rajni Khurana as its Chief People Officer (CPO). She is rejoining the fintech platform after serving as the Executive Director and Head of Human Resources at IndoSpace for the past two years, according to moneycontrol report.
Khurana was a key member of the founding team at Ugro Capital, contributing to the expansion of the people’s function and helping establish culture, values and policy frameworks, the company said in a statement.
In her previous stint, she worked with the board on strategic people agendas, contributing significantly to scaling the organisation to 45 branches and over 500 employees.
The company, now present in 105 branches with over 2,000 employees, plans to add 75 branches in the next quarter.
Khurana’s career also includes roles at CRISIL, Birla Sunlife Insurance, HDFC Bank, and WNS.
