Fintech Company, BankBazaar has announced hiring of more than 500 people by March of the coming year as it looks for growth in the FY 20-21.
Along with hiring plans, the company also seeks to introduce salary hikes for its employees by January.
The company stated that majority of the 500 hires would be for the technology and customer service domains as it looks to accelerate innovation and enable faster integration of digital KYC and analytics solutions – the key growth drivers for the company.
The hiring will take place in Mumbai, Chennai and Bengaluru and the positions are open mostly in the engineering and product teams, apart from customer support.

The fintech company has also rolled out salary hikes along with promotions across all levels which will be effective from January, 21.
