IIM Lucknow has announced the successful completion of its Summer Placements for the 2020-2021 cycle, for the 36th batch of PGP and 17th batch of PGP-ABM students.
The students were placed across a multitude of roles in Marketing, Consulting, Finance, and General Management with recruiters from across the country.
The process of recruitment was conducted entirely virtual owing to the pandemic. The highest stipend stood at Rs 2.5L per month and an average stipend of 1.1L per month with the median stipend of Rs 1.2L per month.
The recruiters were Accenture, Aditya Birla Group, Alvarez & Marsal, Amazon, Avendus Capital, Axis Capital, Bain & Co., Bank of America Merill Lynch, Citi, Colgate-Palmolive, Deloitte, Deutsche Bank, Flipkart, Goldman Sachs, Hindustan Unilever, ITC, JP Morgan Chase, Kearney, MasterCard Advisors, Mckinsey & Co., Microsoft, Nestle, Procter & Gamble, PwC, Standard Chartered, Tata Administrative Services, and The Boston Consulting Group among others.
Bayer, Electronic Arts, FinIQ Consulting, L Catterton, MX Player, Raintree Family Office LLP, and Salesforce were few of the first-time recruiters.
The institute said in a statement – “We were able to successfully complete yet another stellar placement season defying the limitations of the pandemic and the dispersed location of students and recruiters across the country. This was made possible only through the relentless support of the recruiters who extended complete faith in the virtual placement process of IIM Lucknow.”
