Introduction:
Project Appraisal is very important for all infrastructure projects such as Power sector, Oil refineries, mining, roads, railways, other modes of transportation like airways and road transporation and telecom. All these infrastructure sectors require huge investment. Huge investments demand bank loans and equities. The major challenge of these projects are unless these projects are timely delivered the returns on investment may not be realized.
