Insurance company based in the US BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee has appointed Roy Vaughn as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer. In this new position, Roy will be responsible for the human resources division and the properties and corporate services division of the company, along with employee engagement and corporate culture.
