Employee insurance and health benefits startup Pazcare announced its appointment of Sandeep Setty as the Vice President of Human Resources.

Sandeep has 10+ years of experience working with organizations like Cashfree, Cleartax, Medlife, and Livspace. In his past experiences, Sandeep has helped many Founders go from 1 to 10 to 100 and beyond.

At Pazcare, Sandeep will focus on hiring the right people who believe in understanding the problem we are trying to solve for employees across the country and shaping Pazcare’s culture to reflect our ideology – take better care of employees. Pazcare’s team size is around 150 employees right now and is planning to hire approximately around 50+ employees across different verticals in this financial year, the statement said.

“Always look for the people who you want to work with, not just the company. That being said, the level of expertise and knowledge Sanchit and Manish – the founders of Pazcare bring in is amazing. And I want to add to that and bring in co-owners to build a successful business” added Sandeep Setty, VP of Human Resource.

Sandeep mentioned that he believes in getting the pulse of employees and defining work benefits, culture, and environment for them. That’s what Pazcare does for its customers and he wants to do it for Pazcare, a statement said.

“We believe that hiring and nurturing the best talent is Pazcare’s biggest moat. Sandeep has been a phenomenal HR leader and I believe his experience & expertise will enable us to build one of the best employee-friendly organisations in India,” said Pazcare CEO & Co-founder Sanchit Malik.
