Matrimony.com, a consumer internet company that offers India-wide matchmaking services through an online portal, announced the appointment of S Rajesh Balaji as Chief Human Resources Officer.
In this new role, Balaji will oversee all aspects of human resources strategy, talent management, building individual and organisational capabilities, organisation design and digitization amongst others.
Balaji holds more than two decades of experience in establishing and transforming human resources functions at global, high-tech companies across Banking, Financial Services and Manufacturing sectors.
Prior to this role, Balaji served in leadership roles with Landmark Group, Standard Chartered Bank, Barclays and Hewitt Associates. His academic credentials include an Executive Leadership Programme from Said Business School, Oxford University, besides post-graduation in Human Resources.
