Haptik and Salesforce Service Cloud integrate to enable Intelligent Virtual Assistants

Jio Haptik Technologies Limited, a conversational AI company and a subsidiary of Reliance Jio Platforms, has announced its partnership with Salesforce Service Cloud.

This enables existing Salesforce Service Cloud customers to leverage Haptik’s Conversational AI technology to enhance customer experience.
