Sonata Software has announced the appointment of Jagannathan Chakravarthi as Chief Financial Officer of the Company w.e.f. 30th October, 2019.
The CFO position at Sonata, was left vacant after the exit of Prasanna Oke, who had separated from the company in June 2019, to join a technology Fund, Basil Technology Partners.
Jagannathan is a graduate from University of Madras and is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a Cost Accountant. With over 22 years of experience in Finance, he has earlier been the CFO for Carborundum Universal Limited, Murugappa Group. Prior to that, he served as the Chief Financial Officer at MindTree Ltd. Earlier he has been with HCL Technologies, Bharti Airtel, Hindustan Powerplus and Ashok Leyland.
